Her role in these transactions has included advice on setting up business in India, day-to-day business operations, corporate compliance and governance, drafting, vetting, and negotiating complex structuring issues, contracts, and rendering strategic advice.
Her expertise is also in Real Estate transactions and advisory, She advises for some of the largest investments in the Real Estate Sector in Chennai.
Deepika routinely advises startups in relation to their operational activities, fundraising activities, contracts as well as IP-related matters.
